We want to share our piece of paradise with you. Whether you are looking for fun and frolic or just pure relaxation - this is your place at affordable prices. Here you can view the Gulf right from inside your own unit or take a few steps outside to the large shared balcony that will give you a panoramic view of the entire Gulf of Mexico. There you can lounge or grill and view the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. In our quaint village there are art shops, restaurants and various shopping for everything you might need all within walking distance. Just a few steps sway you have the beautiful white sandy beach to enjoy everyday. Our unit is well equipped for housekeeping and tastefully furnished for your comfort.

There are so many things to do and enjoy in our area - too numerous to include all of them in this posting. You name it and we have it here from the trolley ride along the length of our Sun Coast beaches, (used for shopping and sight seeing along the way for only $3/day) to our 47 miles long recreational bike trail. Every water sport you could ever want. Theaters, museums, performing arts, festivals, casino cruises, golf, gyms, visit downtown St. Pete with our new Bay Walk and the Pier. Disney, Universal, Epcot and Sea World only 90 minutes away. Busch gardens 45 minutes, Tampa airport is 30 minutes.

The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The deck is spacious and has comfortable lounge chairs as well as regular chairs and tables. Some of the people we met are permanent residents and were very nice and helpful. The beach is beautiful and the sunsets are gorgeous. A good beach to just relax or to walk. There are restaurants within walking distance of the condo. There's a grocery store and many more restaurants and shopping a short drive away. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and have everything you need, this is a great place to go.

Pass-a-grille beach is wonderful. The rental property was just as wonderful. Very clean, well organized and easy in and out. We wil definately be back!

Great Beach View

This condo is situated on one of the most amazing beaches. The street in front is not widely used by speeding traffic so it would be ideal for families with children. The property was very clean and neat with all of the comforts of home.
