Walk through cottage, each room and porch with guest. Accepted cottage no complaints. Guest stayed for 16 days. Before they arrived had a bad wind storm. Mother nature brought in floating weeds and made a tear on porch screen. I stated I would repair tear, guest said it was OK they would fix it. I leave bug spray in pantry. Pillows are cleaned and rotated. Extra pillows are in bedroom closet. I don't advertise that a boat is available for guest.
The cottage is 10 miles east of Durham (UNH), and a 30 minute-drive to Loudon NHIS racetrack, just 2.5 miles off Rt. 125. The lake offers bass fishing, boating, and swimming. In the fall, view New England’s foliage. Hampton Beach is a short drive away.
Shopping center is located 3 miles south on Rt.125, with a grocery store (Market Basket), movie and game rental store, state liquor store, Walgreens, and other small shops. Also on Rt. 125 is a 4-screen movie theater.
