45 min from Boston, 10 min to Canobie Lake Park, close to all! Recently renov fantastic NH waterfront home w private sandy beach on crystal-clear 266-acres Arlington Lake at the junction of NH & MA. Located in quiet cove on dead-end street, nestled among oaks and huge pine trees, this tranquil place is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and suits for a very special vacation. At the lakeside there are deck, picnic and play areas, and a nicely terraced garden; patios on sunrise and sunset sides allow plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor fun. The water is warm, its depth goes out very gradually. Sandy beach, sandy bottom, dock, shallow area for swimming are excellent for children. Water views from each room - house overlooks the lake on all four sides. New baths, Jacuzzi, 3-zones AC, updated full kitchen, laundry. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house. You were the most gracious hosts, hope we haven't disappointed you as renters. We had a great time - the lake was quite warm, so even though the weather wasn't at its most summery, the kids managed to swim almost every day. Vlad did a lot of fishing, and we even cooked UHA.

Great location. Great hosts. Secluded by less than seven miles from the interstate. Less than 6 miles from all kinds of fast food and upscale restaurants, super markets and shopping malls. Truly a home away from home.

Very nice location....

We very much enjoyed our stay on Arlington Pond. The house was great--everything you need, neat as a pin, very clean. Ylenka and her husband were extremely accomodating. Having air conditioning was certainly a plus, it was HOT a few days that we were there. And the waterfront....very nice. I grew up visiting family on Arlington Pond, and it is very difficult to find a beachfront area without a lot of lake "muck" on the bottom. This beach was clean and the sand at the bottom of the lake was prestine. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the smell of the tap water. All the homes on this side of the lake use well water. Some of the wells have a bad sulfer smell to them. Ylenka and Boris have major filters and were upfront about everything.....but it was a pretty strong smell, especially in the hot shower. But we got over it, we survived and the water was not contaminated or anything. This is a common thing with wells on the lake, so no big deal. But something to be aware of if that kind of thing bothers you. However, everything else was wonderful. Thank you Ylenka and Boris for a great place to stay and a great trip.

What a beautiful place you have here! We so enjoyed the lake and great beach area. We floated around and relaxed and basically took advantage of having such a great place to vacation. The house is perfect and so clean and comfy!

We're already planning which week we want to rent next year!

What a wonderful week we had at Arlington Lake. The cottage was perfect, the weather was perfect. We all enjoyed a week of rest and relaxation. We are already looking forward to next year. I hope you'll keep us in mind.
