This home is situated across the street from the Harbor and is within walking distance to Sammy's Beach among other private spots and minutes from East Hampton town, Sag Harbor and ocean beaches. Signature Brown Jordan outdoor dining sets and chaise lounges are strategically located on the expansive decking area that surround a custom heated lazy L pool. There are beach chairs, boogie, skim and surf boards; pool floats and lounges for the whole family and an unlimited supply of towels, linens etc. The separate pool house with full bath, wet-bar and sitting area is perfectly situated adjacent to the custom heated pool . All bedrooms have their own TVs with a 32' HD Flat Panel TV and home theater system in the Living/Great Room area . Separate outdoor sound system with Ipod hook-up. Gracious host and beautiful home!

If you're looking for a beautiful house in the heart of East Hampton, this is the place. It's in a quiet and serene location, but very close to the center of town, water and all the best spots in EH.
The house was very comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed, and the outside deck and pool, made it very hard to leave! All and all a great experience, and I will definitely be renting again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
