Relaxation comes in many forms on Cape Cod and sometimes you just want to stay at home, enjoying the breeze from the sea and the sweetness of doing nothing. There is cable TV, VCR, DVD player, books and games, for an occasional rainy day or a quiet evening in. We also have a library of DVDs. The bedroom downstairs has a 2nd TV with cable and DVD, so everyone can enjoy their favorite movie
The kitchen is outfitted with all necessary cookware co you can prepare gourmet meals if the inspiration strikes. Outdoor grill and propane are provided for the grill master in the family.
Both kids and adults love the badminton set and the convenience of bicycles if you want to run down to the store for that morning newspaper.

Golf and Beaches:
Long recognized for its quaint charm, glorious beaches, and superb dining, the Cape today is also known as a golfer's paradise, offering some of the most scenic and diverse layouts found anywhere. There are 5 great public courses within a short drive from our house. There is also excellent hiking and biking. Explore the conservation area next to our house or get out to the Cape Cod Rail bike path!
We provide you with a free beach pass to 16 beaches in Barnstable - explore to your heart's content. Craigville beach is a favorite with the younger crowd, Sandy Neck is famous for the lighthouse and marvelous dunes, sheltered harbor and bay beaches are great for the little ones.
From our mid-Cape location, you can take day trips in either direction: from Sandwich and Falmouth to Chatham and Provincetown.
The house is not toddler proof, but well-behaved children are welcome. There's a Zooquarium, Pirates Cove mini golf course and other family amusements within a few miles.
