Late September and October available. Lovely and bright 4 BR & 2 full baths, sleeps 8. Quiet and private location yet close to shopping, restaurants, and mini golf. Immaculate and freshly painted inside and out, new hardwood floors throughout, and new windows. Close to Nauset Light Beach (1.1 miles) and Coast Guard Beach, bay beaches are a short 1.5 mile drive. Bike path is only 0.25 miles up the road, walk or bike to tennis. Equipped with dishwasher, air conditioners on both 1st and 2nd floors, washer/dryer, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, new furnace, all new beds and furnishings, private level back yard great for games, and deck with patio furniture, umbrella, and relaxing hammock for your pleasure. There are two first floor bedrooms (ea. w/ 2 twin beds) and two large second floor bedrooms (ea. with 1 queen bed & sitting area). Great for families and friends! No pets or smoking please!
