This is a wonderful home for a family vacation. It overlooks conservation land and the Coolidge Reservation Pond, as well as Magnolia beach. You will have access to the private Magnolia Beach Corporation section of the beach as our guests. After a day on the beach, you can enjoy the outdoor shower, or relax in the tub (with whirlpool jets), then enjoy sunsets over the pond from the upstairs deck.

There are many swimming and boating opportunities around the North Shore, and a beautiful beach with clean, soft sand just steps from the house. You can also go antiquing in Essex, deep sea fishing out of Gloucester, ride your bike around Cape Ann, or visit one of the many area museums and attractions. Rockport and Rocky Neck art colonies are just a short ride, as is the Hammond Castle.
