This is a fully equipped new home, not a cottage! Enjoy and escape to our new contemporary home 2 bedroom with loft (2 queen beds, 1 full bed and 2 twins), hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, living area with fireplace and outside deck. The loft gives the kids a place of their own to enjoy with 1/2 bath. Our guests have access to a BBQ grill for fun filled cookouts, enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, a fully equipped kitchen, CD player, Cable TV, TV/VCR/DVD and video tapes, plenty of parking, outside shower and a nice yard for the kids to enjoy. Our home located within walking distance to the National Seashore - Nauset Light Beach (1.3 miles). This property offers plenty of privacy, yet is close to all amenities. If you need linens or towels, just let us know ahead of time and we'll have them there for you (FREE OF CHARGE). If you have any special reqs - and they are legal, we'll do our best to accommodate you.We look forward to having you stay at our house

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.3 Miles
There's always something to do near this neighborhood. Just a few pedals from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bicycle path (rental shop down the road), short distance to the Wellfleet Drive-In Movie / Theatre, bowling alley and mini-golf. Walking distance to Dunkin' Donuts AND Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Shop, deli, bank and general / video store. 20 minute drive to Provincetown. Plenty of surfboard rental shops in the area - why not give it a try? Don't forget to get a permit to have a bonfire down at the beach at night - it's a lot of fun.

  • $700-$1300/week Off season ($700 wk), Spring / Fall ($1000 per wk), SUMMER July / Aug ($1300 per wk)
  • Discounts will be offered dependent upon availability - multiple week rentals receive a $100 discount per week.
    Trash removal can be offered at an additional fee of $50/week
    To avoid Saturday Cape traffic, we rent from Sunday to Sunday - yet special requests will be granted if available
    Weekly rentals from May 31, 2009 through June 28, 2009 are at a rate of $1000 per week
    Weekly rentals from June 28, 2009 through September 13, 2009 are at a rate of $1300 per week
    Weekly rentals from September 13, 2009 through November 1, 2009 are at a rate of $1000 per week
    Weekly rentals from November 1 through May are at a rate of $700 per week
  • Weekly rentals from May 31, 2009 through June 28, 2009 are at a rate of $1000 per week
    Weekly rentals from June 28, 2009 through September 13, 2009 are at a rate of $1300 per week
    Weekly rentals from September 13, 2009 through November 1, 2009 are at a rate of $1000 per week
    Weekly rentals from November 1 through May are at a rate of $700 per week

This place is Awesome.
If you really want to get away... This is the place to Stay.
Very comfortable, cool, and clean.
All the amenities of home.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting to see the outer Cape which in my opinion is a must see and experience.
