This lovely year-round chalet is situated in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire- only 20 ft. from waterfront on crystal clear Rust Pond, a quiet 210 acre pristine lake in Wolfeboro, 'The Oldest Summer Resort in America.' From the master bedroom balcony, you can see the morning sunrise and watch fish swim by in the crystal clear water. A morning dip is a great way to start the day followed by breakfast on your private deck. We are 3 miles from the center of town and Lake Winnipesaukee. The Kangamangus Highway and the White Mountains are only an hour's drive north. Rust Pond is noted for great bass fishing. Pets okay with prior approval.

Washington Cruise Ship offers trips from Wolfeboro several days a week .. Story Land is an hour north...Shopping and antique hunts are very special when you want a change from your beautiful lake surroundings -----especially in spring and during the fall with the crisp air and lovely colors everywhere... We are only an hour from the duty free shopping in North Conway so you can even get a start on that Christmas shopping...

We just got back from Staying at this "chalet" and it was the best!! We stayed on Lake Winni in the past, and it was very noisy. This house is located on Rust Pond which is about 2 miles from Lake Winni and Wolfeboro town, and it was the quietest, most tranquil place you will ever go!! The loons at night made it extra special. The fishing was incredible. Smallies, Largemouth Bass, Pikes, etc. were abundant!! Catfish at night seemed to come outta nowhere!! Swimming was incredible also!! The house itself has everything you need. The owners were super super nice and accommodating. Please don't pass this one up!! Much better than staying on the big lake.

My family and I have been coming to this beautiful, peaceful home for the past eight years, and God willing will be coming back for many years to come.
We fell in love with this home the moment we stepped through the door. It embodies quaint peaceful living and is a perfect setting
for quiet family bonding. We live in New York, and the craziness of life can really drain not only an individual, but also a family.
This house is located on picturesque Rust Pond ( a 210 acre POND !) with plenty of space and beautiful scenery. I have always said that you do not have to be a professional photographer
to take a good picture from this area and our home is filled with beautiful pictures of the time we have spent here.
The home is located just close enough to town, but just far enough for privacy. The town is but a few miles away
and has wonderful places to eat and shop. We make it a point to visit the Front Porch and the Strawberry Patch restaurants in town each year.
and our trip would not be complete without visiting the Yankee Smoke house located in Ossippee only a few minutes away.
If you are looking for more adventurous activities you are only a short drive in any direction to
towns that have many family oriented activities; like the largest arcade in North America, or a fun and exciting water park.
And you cannot visit New Hampshire without seeing the famous "Castle In the Clouds". Trust me you will not be disappointed.
The owners are truly wonderful, gracious people who make you feel right at home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone
who is looking for a vacation that will help them reconnect with themselves and reconnect as a family.
