Everything is new, clean, open airy floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 to 8 people. Great location - just 5 houses from the beach in the quiet southern end of Beach Haven just over a mile to the center of town with rides, amusements, market, restaurants, and shopping. Also just a short walk to a great playground for the kids.

Long Beach Island New Jersey has been named one of America's top beaches and Beach Haven is known for some of LBI's best - but that's not the only reason we love it here. Hop on the bike path that runs past the front of our home. Head south through Holgate to the end of the island or go north (about a mile) and it will bring you right through Beach Haven. Tour the Historical district where you'll find the LBI Historical Museum, The Surflight Theater, Veterans Bicentennial Park, and tons of beautiful old Victorian homes. Spend the day shopping at Bay Village, cool down at the Thundering Surf Water Park, play a round at Adventure Miniature Golf, or enjoy the amusements at Fantasy Island. Have a great meal at any of a number of the legendary LBI restaurants located in Beach Haven. Or go out on the town to any one of the many great LBI night clubs or bars - many with live entertainment, DJ's, or local bands.

Our newly renovated duplex has...: Eat-in kitchen with sliding door to back deck with separate gas grills and additional outside eating area. Large family room with vaulted ceiling in upstairs unit, lots of comfy seating, 2 TVs, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD. Full size washer/dryer, central air, front and rear decks with lots of outside seating, new carpet throughout with ceramic tile in kitchen & baths. Back yard has outside shower, picnic table, 2 gas grills, and a clothes line.

While you are here...: Drive up to Barnegat Light at the north end of the island. Walk through the state park or up to the top of Old Barney - you'll see some amazing views. During the summer months The Alliance for a Living Ocean runs Eco-Tours of LBI, exploring the dunes and the wetlands of our barrier island. They also offer field trips and other special programs in the summer which are great fun for the whole family. Beach Haven and LBI offer so much for all ages, do all this and more or do nothing but relax on the beach and take in the sun. Whatever you do it's a great place to enjoy yourself... There's no place like the Jersey shore!
