This private air conditioned spacious 1 bedroom Condominium offers cool white tiled floors, Modern fully Equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and glass mosaic back splash. Everything you will need to prepare meals while on your vacation. There is two spacious dining areas; one inside adjacent to the kitchen and the other on your private tiled Ocean View Balcony! This will be your favorite spot day and night as you day dream looking at the Ocean and boats sailing by . The living room is spacious and beautifully appointed with new furnishings and a Swedish designed sectional sofa with a roll out (trundle) style full sized guest bed with comfortable mattress. Flat screen T.V. DVD, and expanded cable entertainment package.A MP-3/ I Phone Jack for the stereo system is convenient for your personal music play list. The wall of glass and sliding glass door allows the captivating down-island' views of St. John and the myriad British Virgin Islands beyond and tropical breezes into the space.

The private Ocean View bedroom is spacious and offers a ultra comfortable Queen sized bed, flat screen TV and independent air conditioning for your resting comfort.

The bath is two rooms. The dressing room with granite topped vanity and sink are in one area, and the toilet and tiled tub/shower are in a private room. The design is great affording two individuals’ access and privacy at the same time.

The location is wonderful! You are located at Sapphire Village just a few minute walk within the Sapphire Beach community to the beach and Marina. You are only ½ mile from Red Hook where you will find shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the ferry terminal for your trips to St John!

Our community offers two fresh water sparkling pools, one just a few yards from the condo’s entrance. Additionally there is a coin operated laundry, a restaurant/ bar, and condominium center with free WiFi Service!

You will love our location within the community with its Million Dollar panoramic Ocean Views and sought after walk in location with no Steps!

St Thomas is a very special place to me, and this is not just a vacation rental investment but a cherished piece of my heart. I have traveled extensively around the World, and in my opinion the US Virgin Islands is simply the best vacation destination. If you are looking for the exotic, tropical, relaxing Island getaway this is it! No hassles with languages, currency, or the inability to leave your resort. The United States Virgin Islands is safe and encourages you to explore it's many beautiful beaches, parks, restaurants, and local shops. St Thomas, St John, and St Croix are all part of the United States territory. The beaches are spectacular soft white talcum powder sand; the water is smooth and crystal clear. The coral and marine life is like no other place. You can snorkel comfortably directly off the beach in calm waters. The people of the Virgin Islands are warm and friendly and it’s really easy to fly to St Thomas from most US Cities.

The location of my condo is the best location on St Thomas, East End, Best Views, attractions, beaches and restaurants. You are less then a 1/2 mile from the St John Ferry terminal adding to the convenience. The beach and marina is right there. It doesn't get any better!

I am a Diver and the Island offers amazing coral reef, and wreck dives! Come experience St Thomas! Thank you -Bill

What makes this condo unique

The unit is spacious, artistic, very clean, and offers a wonderful layout to offer you the privacy and “in your face Ocean view” experience you could ask for. You will enjoy your time on the deck or relaxing in the living room watching the parasails, and boats sail on by. The trade winds coming off of the ocean have a very soothing effect. The condo is equipped with everything so you will need to make your experience the best that it can be. You will enjoy the late day sun by the pool just steps from the door when returning from a day of beach activities. There is only one problem, you will not want to come home!

A most memorable vacation!

We greatly enjoyed this place. The Condo is extremely neat, quiet and a complete kitchen for a morning breakfast sitting on the balcony enjoying the most gorgeous view. Easy walk to Sapphire beach where we spent every afternoon swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing. Easy access to the Marina next door for Jet Skiing. With or without a car, you will enjoy this place for its proximity to Red Hook and the dining experience at Duffy's Love Shack. And let's not forget Bill and Rita for making it all look so easy to book and just ... enjoy!

The condo was wonderful. What a fantastic view!!!! Found it very easy to get around without a car: walking, safari taxi and regular taxis. Great times in the town of Red Hook. Easy to hop safari bus to Charlotte Amalie.

Took the ferry to St. John's, very accessible.

Condo was very clean and up to date. Internet was available on back balcony and living room.

Would definitely return.

Great experience

We really enjoyed staying in this condo and visiting St. Thomas. The condo was clean, had a lot of helpful amenities, had a great view, and was in a great location. Bill and Rita were both very helpful in answering questions before and during our stay. We bought food at a market in Red Hook to eat some meals at home to save on cost and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Sapphire Beach is very pretty and quiet, plus there are food options on site (Sapphire Grill by the pool and Off The Grid bbq food truck by the entrance). We walked down to Red Hook during the day or it is an easy cab ride ($1/person going there using Safaris, $4/person either way using taxis). Being close to Red Hook was great with all of the restaurants and ferry to beautiful St. John. We took taxis to Magen's Bay for $10/person and the airport for $15/person. Overall, this condo was great on the inside and was in the perfect location for a great St. Thomas adventure.

Perfect St. Thomas Experience

We had a wonderful time in Sapphire Village. The condo has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We used the kitchen to make breakfast every morning and had everything we needed. The balcony was perfect for enjoying the amazing view and enjoying meals and drinks.

Sapphire was a short 5 minute walk and a very nice beach. For lunch make sure to check out the "Off The Grid" food truck at the entrance of Sapphire Village for some amazing BBQ. Red Hook is a short cab ride or drive and has great restaurants and easy access to the ferry to St. John. We will definitely come back!

Clean, Updated, Great Location

This property is perfect for a couple staying on St. Thomas. It is clean and has all the amenities necessary to make your stay enjoyable. The owner of this condo is very easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. You will not be disappointed renting this property.

Sitting on the balcony provides an amazing view of the sea and the island of St. John. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, fridge, blender, dishes, utensils, pans, and even a few spices. The trade winds provide a very comfortable breeze at night. It is close enough to the water to hear the surf as you fall asleep. The complex has two pools. One only a few steps from the door to the condo and another larger pool is just a short walk away. There is even a restaurant at the larger pool. Sapphire beach is beautiful and within walking distance. There is even a marina along the way to the beach. The terrain has some hills so a person with mobility issues may have to drive to the larger pool and beach.

We rented a car, but could have gotten around fine had we relied on taxi’s. There is a grocery store in Red Hook (about one mile away) that provided us with all of our provisions for the week. At the entrance to the complex is a BBQ cart that sells fresh smoked brisket, chicken, ribs, and cold salads. We picked up dinner there our first night and it was very good. There are several restaurants in Red Hook. Cruz Bay on St. John is just a ferry ride away and there are several dining choices there too.

The beaches on St. John are amazing and well worth spending a day or two exploring. The highlight of our trip was a day sail to Jost Van Dyke BVI. A passport is required to get there. White Beach has the clearest most beautiful turquoise water and powder sugar sand that I have ever experienced.

All in all it was a great trip. I would recommend this condo to friends and family. Looking forward to coming back in the future.
