Charming Maine beach cottage in a quiet, family friendly, coastal area of Saco, Kinney Shores. A 100 yards walk to the breathtaking 7 mile sand beach with views of lighthouses and island views. You will find the sunny porch your favorite getaway second to the gorgeous beach. The cottage is tastefully updated with a brand new kitchen, charming family room with a knotty pine ceiling and brick fireplace, a convenient downstairs bedroom and bath. New 2nd floor addition with a master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms, and full bath. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views. Great brick patio off of kitchen to host those summer cookouts and Lobster feasts. Our cottage has the feel of staying at a quaint B&B, yet you get the whole house to enjoy with family and friends. This is a perfect vacation spot to relax and reconnect with relatives or friends.

Location: Southern Coast of Maine < Maine < USA

Our cottage is a 100 yards walk to the breathtaking 7-mile sand beach with views of several lighthouses and island views. Did I mention low tide? You can walk for miles and the kids love to build sand castles for hours and play in the puddles during low tide. Approximately 1 mile to Ferry Beach State Park with ponds and trails for walking, running or biking. 1/2 mile walk from the Ocean Park community and their famous Soda Fountain (great ice cream and penny candy). 2 miles from Camp Ellis where the Saco River meets the ocean. You will find a few restaurants, quaint fishing harbor and mile long jetty, kayak rentals, whale watching tour boats and public boat launch. 2 miles from Old Orchard Beach's attractions. For those that want to venture a little further. About 15 miles north you will find Portland; the Old Port-several excellent restaurants, quaint shopping, a children's museum, theater. 15 minutes south, Kennebunkport, Maine, need I say more. Also, golf and tennis nearby.

    Sept. 5-12 - $2500 + 7% tax
    Sept. 12-27 $1500 + 7% tax
    Winter Rental- October-May- $1400 a month, plus utilities

    A $500 Security Deposit will be collected when the balance is due, 30 days before arrival. The Security Deposit will be returned within 10 days of departure if all is in order.
