Cumbrian Lakes is an exclusive gated resort, only 15 minutes from Disneyworld using quieter roads.
Our delightful 4 bedroom villa has a large south facing pool deck - Sunshine all day long - it overlooks woodland, so very private. The pool is larger than average (30x15) and is heated in the winter months. We have luxury pool deck furniture for those lazy days.
The villa has sumptuous furnishings, two master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two twins plus a third bathroom.A fully fitted kitchen has lots of equipment, cutlery and crockery for 8 people. A luxury living room includes Large screen TV, upgraded TV channels package, DVD Hi Fi. TV in all rooms.
The Games Room includes pool, foosball, air hockey and darts.
The villa is 5 minutes from the 192 with its 24 hour Wal-Mart ,lots of shops and restaurants catering for all tastes and wallets. Other entertainments including Medieval Nights, crazy golf, air-boat rides are all just around the corner. Of course our home is just 15 mins from Disneyworld and 20 mins from Sea World & Universal Studios
Cumbrian Lakes is a small, exclusive gated community with several lakes, walks and a children's play area. The fountains are lit at night and the whole resort has an air of peace and quiet - just what is needed after a busy day at the theme parks.There are lakes to walk or cycle around, wildlife to see or just saunter around at your leisure.
The villa itself has a wonderful location, overlooking woodland with hedges on either side of the pool deck so it is not overlooked.
We constantly upgrade and replace bedding, towels. We listen to our guests and make sure that our villa gives you
everything you need to make your holiday one to remember- the best ever!
Disneyworld is only 10-15 mins away, avoiding busier roads.
Universal Studios and Seaworld are also within easy driving distance.
The Gulf Coast beaches of Clearwater and St.Petersburg are about 11/2 hours from the villa and the Atlantic Beaches of Cocoa Beach and Daytona are even closer.
Try a gentle boat trip along St.John's River - see alligators and manatees in the wild.
Even closer - the Air boat rides at Boggy Creek - only 10 mins from the villa. Fun for all the family
