Great house for a large family, or two on the Cape

The house is spacious, updated and clean. We had 8-10 people there and we fit quite comfortably even on the days that we were 10. The beach on Bucks pond is a brisk 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed swimming and kayaking the beautiful pond. Harwich and Chatham are very close. There are restaurants, a supermarket and a movie theatre close (10 minutes) away. We took advantage of the nice back yard and grilled several days and even used the fire pit one night. We were lucky to get pretty good weather. On the hotter days, the three window a/c units did a good job keeping the conditions liveable. The two large bedrooms upstairs and the largest bedroom downstairs had the units when we were there. The owner left some restaurant recommendations and they have a kayak that we were able to use. The internet connection went down once, and the owner was nice enough to contact Comcast and get them to fix the issue quickly. We highly recommend the house.
