This 2007 penthouse is unit 305 in the Meridian Building at 42th street and 1st Avenue, one block from Coco Beach in Playa del Carmen. This is the fast becoming the most desired area of town because of its proximately to 5th avenue while still maintaining its quiet residential setting. Only one block from the Playa del Carmen's main restaurant and shopping area on 5th Avenue. We enjoy our home and insist that it is very clean and well maintained. It is approximately 1,200 square feet of air-conditioned space. Enjoy the great caribbean breezes with an additional 850 sq. foot private roof top terrace, and 300 square feet additional balcony off the living room and master bedroom. We have 2 bedrooms each with its own full private bath. The home as an additional 2 half baths, one off the roof top terrace and one adjoining the family room. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops and high-end furnishings. Wi-Fi internet provided as part of the rental fee. To help get ready for the great Playa night life, we have a separate make-up table, lamp, and mirror in the master bedroom.
Retreat to our private 850 sq. foot roof top terrace directly from our unit. Our Penthouse terrace has a door that opens up to the Meridian's roof top pool. The shared pool also has a patio table and chair set and loungers.
Our terrace has private loungers, high quality patio set, counter top with water and electrical outlets, barbecue grill, and both sun and shade all day long. Ocean views from roof top pool and master bedroom balcony. Our sun terrace also has a unheated jacuzzi.
The master bedroom has a king size bed from Indonesia and an oversized closet. The second bedroom has three single beds or, can be arranged with a king bed and one single bed. The single bed can also be used as a day bed. Unique to our Penthouse, our master bedroom has a separate make-up area.
High end Idonesian furnishings include cushioned couch and chairs, teak kitchen table and entertainment center, and master bed. Also included are a 32 inch flat screen tv, wireless internet, satellite television, i-pod player, stereo, lounge chairs for the pool and sun terrace, and a lazy boy cushioned outdoor weave patio set. Plenty of beach towels are included in the rental. Two light weight beach chairs,towels, beach toys, and coolers are also available for the beach. A rollaway bed and an air mattress can be placed in any room.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and preparing drinks including a stove, microwave, blender, steak knives, cutlery, pans, and pots.
6 restaurants are within one block. 3 beach clubs are just a short walk away. One is a 2 block walk on the beach. Two more are a 4 block walk on the beach. Two beach clubs have their own pool and full service bar and restaurant. Service is also at your lounge chair on the beach. Rates start at $3 per day for lounge chairs, $3 per day for a Palapa.
Coco Beach has white sands and Caribbean blue waters, perfect for snorkeling, diving, boating, or just relaxing on the beach on another perfect day in Playa del Carmen. You can rent a car of book a tour conveniently in town.
