5 bedrooms

Bright, comfortable, light-filled, 5 bedroom contemporary 'classic' vineyard beach house, with post and beam construction, exposed beams, and wood floors throughout. A unique design of 2 houses connected by a screened-in breezeway (with barn doors that can be closed during inclement weather), makes it ideally suited for a large family, or 2 families vacationing together. The main house has kitchen dining and living areas downstairs with the master suite above. The 'bunkhouse' offers 2 bedrooms (a '2nd master w/ queen sized bed' and den with a full size bed) and a full bath downstairs, and two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and a full bath upstairs. There is an enclosed outdoor shower off the side deck and a large back deck with views over open fields. The porch and deck have comfortable outdoor furniture and gas grill. The house has 'up-island' charm and convenient access to the villages of Edgartown and West Tisbury, and is 5 minute drive from the Long Point Beach and Wildlife Refuge.

Hike on some of the island's Native American trails or 'ancient ways' down to Long Point Beach and the Trustees of the Reservation's Wildlife Refuge. At the end of the day relax and watch sunsets on the deck or in the screen porch.
