This private Victorian home features breathtaking sunsets while relaxing and sipping on the glassed-in porch, where you can also see the fishing boats and Fort Popham in Atkins Bay. It also has its own private tidal beach. The first floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, full bath/laundry, living room and a glassed-in porch across the front of the home. The second floor has four bedrooms and a full bath. Three of bedrooms have a double bed in them and one bedroom has a double bed and twin bed. The home is fully furnished with many antiques. The home has classic charm with up-to-date features. There is a spacious lawn in front and back with a gas grill and picnic table. Plenty of parking.

First relax on the porch (with cocktails, of course!). Enjoy some of the most colorful panoramic sunsets while the seals frolic in the bay. You are right in Popham village which has a library, church, grocery store and go no further to experience the freshest seafood at Spinney's Restaurant. Pick your own lobster, or they'll pack them to go for you to cook. They also have great pasta dishes and mouthwatering prime rib on Friday and Saturday nights, homemade rolls, not to mention their fresh ground burgers... and save room for blueberry pie. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Explore historical Fort Popham and Fort Baldwin. Go hiking, fishing, biking, golfing, bird-watching, kayaking, and take advantage of the boat charters (visiting Sequin Island lighthouse). You must walk Popham's three mile long beach and at low tide walk out to Pond Island and Fox Island.
