This ranch style house is located in a gated community about 6 miles south of Myrtle Beach and has a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2 baths, laundry room, central air, enclosed sun porch with table/chairs, and carport. Furnishings include linens, towels, color cable TV, DVD, VCR, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and fully outfitted kitchen. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a full & single bed in the other bedroom. A Roll-away bed, Pac-n-Play & high chair in closet and queen sleeper sofa in living room. Outdoor pool is directly across the street and indoor pool a couple of streets away. The beach is about 400 yards from the house, that is because you have to go around several little lakes within the community. 24 hour security w/private beach access, they rent golf carts and run a mini bus to the beach. It is free for the community and it stops not far from the house.

This 180 acre beach side gate community with 24 hour security is located on highway 17 between Surfside and Garden City beaches. Amenities include private beach access, two large swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor) and two kiddie pools, two lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, daily activities take place in the on-site clubhouse. A large grassy activity area and a children's playground with state of the art equipment. There are six small lakes, two of which have fresh water fishing. Tupelo Bay executive 18 hole golf course, as well as a par 3, driving range, and miniature golf are right across the highway from the entrance.
