Casa Platin is over 100 years old and was fully restored in 2002. It is 2 blocks from the Taos Square, situated between a 4-star B&B and the only 5-star hotel in the area. This is the quaint Burch Street area. All restaurants are within walking distance as are grocery store, shops and galleries.
Taos is where the artists LIVE not just display their art. All seasons are magnificent. We have fires even in the summer on the HUGE flagstone patio, totally enclosed, under the spreading trees. Close to town and all amenities...Casa Platin has a sweet history but is brand new with tasteful furnishings.. Turn the key and you're home.

Pat and Linda are friends of 35 years from 'Denver Days'. We both are independent business women, Linda in commercial furnishings and Pat an insurance agent. We share a love of the American West and decided to buy a Taos House for ourselves and families.
Little Casa Platin is over a hundred years old but was totally remodeled. It has been Linda's creative eye to paint all the vibrant colors. Pat's creative bartending keeps Linda going.
Taos is a great getaway for us separately or even once in a while, get the old 'Denver Days' group together with our old college chums etc.
The flagstone patio is unique in there are not that many nor large in the area. It is private as it is encircled by fences (adobe and wooden) on three sides. It backs up to a huge parcel of land. You can have your massage out there. The firepit is just the right touch for a dinner on the patio.
Our special thanks to local renowned artist George Chacon for his photos.
