This 1500-square-foot, fully furnished unit has three bedrooms (on two levels), two-and-one-half baths, and is located on one of the world's safest and cleanest beaches. The quaint village of New Smyrna Beach is a relaxing alternative from other congested vacation spots in the Florida. Still close enough though that you are only 15 miles from the Daytona Speedway, 70 miles from Disney World, and only eight miles to the renovated New Smyrna Beach's golf course designed by Donald Ross.

My wife and I have spent a month here every summer for the past five years and simply love the place. Lots of room with a cozy bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The view is simply amazing and the staff is wonderful as well.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
