Beautiful newly-renovated (3BR) Vict. cottage-like home in hist Ocean Grove - Approx 4 1/2 blocks from beach & 3 short blocks to Main Ave restaurants/stores. Come to the Vict village of OG & witness the 'time warp' for yourself. My home is a quaint Vict duplex w/comfort period furnishings, located in charming neighborhood w/front porch & swing. In March 2010, the kitchen was completely renovated: new hardwood floors, new marble counter-top, newly refinished cabinets. New marble tile was installed on bathroom floor. My house has 3 bedrms (two full beds & one set of twin trundle beds), 1 bath, kitch & DR/LR w/hardwood floors thruout. House has sleeping accom. for 6 people comfortably (with futon for extra guests). TV/VCR/DVD with cable, W/D, A/C, BBQ grill & small back yard. Short walk to Train to NYC. All requests to bring pets subject to owner approval & $50 pet fee. No cats please. *Seeking full summer or minimum monthly tenant - see details below
