Two x 1 bedroom apartments (sleeps 4 each) only 150 meters from the most popular beach in Kefallonia, Makris Gialos. If you drove to the beach you could not get any closer!

This is like a little dollhouse, private and fully gated. Yet within easy walking distance to everything to make your holidays complete. Simply furnished air conditioned units have been freshly painted inside and out, and the fully equipped kitchens updated and remodelled, as well as all new windows and doors. These units are located in Lassi, one of the main tourist destinations in Kefallonia with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket within easy walking distance. The most striking thing is the proximity to the beach. Just a 2 minute easy walk, about 150 meters - to the most popular and one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefallonia. It is absolutely not necessary to rent a car, but if you do (because there is a whole, big beautiful island to explore if that is your thing) there is private, gated parking on site. If you drove to the beach you could not get any closer!

Top Floor unit has separate 1 Bedroom with a full size bed, new closets, in room safe and hair dyer. Dining area has pull out sofa, flat screen satellite tv, and a private balcony. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and has new full size refrigerator, oven, microwave - even new cabinets. Clothes washing machine in unit. Wi-fi internet provided. Private balcony off the living area in the front of the apartment has mountain views. A small back balcony off the kitchen has a glimpse of an ocean view. The apartment has all new windows and doors and has been recently painted inside and out. A baby crib can be arranged by request. The apartment measures approximately 50 square meters, or about 540 square feet.
