This is a true beach lover's paradise. Cliff Road overlooks the two most outstanding beaches on the North Shore, Good Harbor Beach and Long Beach, both of which can be reached from this home, simply by walking down the hill. It's one of the few roads that offers direct access to the beach, which means that there is no battling with heavy traffic or paying huge parking fees. The main floor of the home is wood-paneled, wide-open, and overlooks the tributaries that feed the Atlantic Ocean- wait until you see the sunsets! The backyard is a perfect place to entertain after a long day of boating, swimming, fishing or any other of the many activities that Gloucester offers. If you're looking for a great home to entertain extended family or share with another family, look no further. This house was designed by a family with other families in mind: a great mix of functionality, beauty and safety. *An adjoining owner's unit (separate entrances) is occasionally used during the summer.*

Aside from the usual beach activities, Gloucester (and especially the Good Harbor area) offer many opportunities for summer fun. Fishing abounds everywhere- the premiere wharf for deep-sea fishing is only a few blocks from the home, and there is also great striper fishing off of Salt Island (which can be reached from Good Harbor Beach via sandbars during low tide). If activity is your thing, there is great biking along the coastline or mountain biking on many natural trails. In addition, there are several stores that offer canoe and kayak rentals. The town of Gloucester hosts many small and unique shops, which can easily entertain even the most savvy shopper for days.
