Farm Neck Golf Course is 3 Minutes Away.: The front of the house has a dining room on the entire left half, the right half being a separate living room with TV/DVD/VCR. There is a second living room area in the back of the house with another TV and VCR, as well as a fireplace for shoulder season rentals, here one also finds a smaller dining area abutting the kitchen- this large expanse has windows and sliders to the outside. For summer season rentals, there is central air conditioning. The laundry area is located on this first level, with access to the side entrance, as well as a half bath. The house has a covered porch on 3 sides, 90 feet total in length; rocking chairs, a glider, and a porch table overlook the long grassy yard. At the back end of this porch is the enclosed outside shower with both hot and cold water, as well as the beach chairs' storage area. The tranquility of this private setting, whether day dreaming or planning the day's or evening's activities, is only further enhanced by the easy accessibility to all.

The bedrooms are on the second floor, which has a large hall area at the top of the stairs with reading material. None of the bedrooms share a common wall, allowing for privacy and quiet when desired. There is a full bath off the hallway at the top of the stairs area, and another bath adjoining the master bedroom, which has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub.

The house is set on an entirely private knoll, with a nice backyard for children, a large parking area, and a lovely patio for barbecuing and entertaining. The association tennis courts are a 2 minute walk away, as is the bike/jogging path. Farm Neck Golf Course is a 3-minute drive to the Clubhouse, tee times can be arranged by calling the day prior.
