This property is very clean and quiet. From here the Ocean beaches can be reached in minutes. Walking distance to Duck Pond. This location also offers fantastic single track mountain biking around the many kettle ponds in the area. Features include, deck area, outdoor shower, washer and dryer in the basement. There is also a TV room on the first floor away from the kitchen & great room. Master bedroom and bathroom also on the first floor. Second floor features two bedrooms and a half bath. One room has a full size bed and the other room has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. Perfect setup for a small family and their Grandparents.

Located off Old County Rd between Lecounts and Cahoon hollow roads. Walking distance to Duck Pond through the trail. Minutes to downtown Wellfleet and Ocean beaches and ponds. Great restaurants can be found in Wellfleet or travel a short distance to Provincetown, take in a whale watch and stay for dinner after enjoying the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean. There are many things to do or nothing to do. You decide, after all, it's your vacation. But enjoy it in Wellfleet!!

Notes: 1 queen, 1 full, 3 twins in same room. . This house has everything that you will need to enjoy your vacation. Fully equipped with everything from a blender to lobster pots and utensils. We tried to think of everything that you could possibly need. Very, very clean house!!!

Wellfleet and the surrounding area has it all. It offers some of the worlds most beautiful beaches and ponds. There are restaurants, movie theaters and even playgrounds for the kids. The town of Orleans offers the Cape Cod Baseball league. Take in a night game at Eldridge field and enjoy the game in its purest form. Or travel to Provincetown and go on a whale watch or just do some shopping. Downtown Wellfleet also has a charm of its own. Whatever you are looking for can be found in this area. Come and enjoy!

Golf: Wellfleet has a public nine hole course that is short but challenging. Truro has a nice lynx style course that plays along the ocean. Both are nine holes and offer a challenging round of golf. The Harwich, Barnstable, Dennisport areas all have great 18 hole courses. Dennis Pines is a great municipal course that will challenge any golfer.
