This elegant, fully equipped 4 bedroom home is located in the waterfront community of Gulf Landings. Several beaches are close by and the private beach (included in your stay) is less than two miles away. The kids or kids at heart will enjoy the spacious rec. room downstairs (table tennis, hoops game, air hockey etc.) Upstairs, you will find a bright, open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room and master bedroom open up to a large balcony that overlooks the screened-in patio and pool. The master bedroom has a TV/VCR and a full private bath. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedrooms three and four have two twin beds in each. Everything is here for you. All you need to bring are your clothes and your toothbrush! You can relax with a cold beverage in the private pool (heated as an option) and enjoy all the comforts this wonderful vacation home has to offer. If you want to go explore, New Port Richey is a wonderfully kept secret.

Further details for this vacation house rental in New Port Richey, Florida

It's approximately 40 minutes from Tampa (Busch Gardens), one and half hours from Orlando, 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs; Clearwater Beach is also a short drive. There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat and take it to the Anclote Islands and the Sand Bar where you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins. This is our vacation home. We make it as comfortable as possible so you can enjoy it as much as we do.

We drove from Toronto, Ontario. The reason I gave a 4/5 stars for the photos and description it's that the photos and descriptions don't do the home justice. The owners were very helpful to help us plan our trip and super nice to deal with. It was very clean, nice, lots of room for everyone. Lots to do in the area even though we prefered to hang by the pool and go to the beach. We rented a pontoon close to the house. Great time! For sure we will be staying there again. Thanks Lucie!

There were 7 of us stay at this lovely home for a week. We slept comfortably and enjoyed swimming in the private pool. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and even stay again in the future. Thanks again for the use of the property!
