Location...Location...Location! This home is a quaint, quiet, rustic and secluded from the public on private R.O W. but near to the Village and Cape Porpoise Lighthouse and pier. Outside decks catch AM and PM sun, beautiful sun rises 'Out of Ocean.' It's located on tidal creek (contiguous with Cape Porpoise) with a view of preserved Vaughn's Island and Atlantic Ocean. Old Orchard Beach is 30 minutes away. Kennebunk Beach and Goose Rocks Beach are 10 minutess away. White Barn Inn (and restaurant) is also near. Enjoy the best eating for miles around, whale watches and deep sea fishing, and historic Sea Captain's homes and Wedding Cake house in Kennebunk. Bring own your linens, or available at extra cost and convenience.

Visit Laudholm Farm at the Wells National Estuarine Reserve or the Seashore Trolley museum. The Boston airport is approx 1.5 hours; Portland airport is 45 minutes away.
