Light and airy 1900's house with character inside and out. The first floor includes a wonderfully appointed kitchen with all amenities, a nook area with seating for 4, full dining room (seating 8) and a living room. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms with comfortable bedding including feather comforters, and a full bathroom with shower and tub. The third floor has 2 large bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. The basement area includes a washer/dryer and another full bathroom with shower. The backyard is quaint and has a well manicured lawn, gas grill, and a small seating area. The home has off-street parking for 4 cars. The homeowner also provides a guest parking pass in the summer which can be used for street parking in front of the house and also used at the public parking lots in town.

If you're looking for beaches, First and Second Beach are just a mile away. For mansion tours, The Elms, The Breakers, Marble House, Rosecliff, Chateau-Sur-Mer, and the Astors' Beechwood are all within walking distance on the famed Bellevue Avenue. Newport is also home to world class sailing, the Int'l Tennis Hall of Fame, Int'l Film Festival, the Jazz Festival and golfing. Great house in a great location

This house was the perfect vacation house. It is located right off of Thames street, the main street in Newport, which puts it in close proximity to all the restaurants, shops and bars.
The house itself is very comfortable and accommodating. The living space is very roomy and the bedrooms are comfortable.
I would definitely recommend renting this house and would stay there again myself.
