Private sandy beach and fire pit. Paddleboat, two kayaks, canoe, and rowboat along with mountain bikes and Foosball table. Screened porch for dining and relaxing.

A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX & HAVE FUN:

A great home to relax in - - inside or outdoors. Spacious, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, quiet, peaceful. Plenty of toys to entertain you including two kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat, a rowboat, a hammock in the trees, a wooden swing near the waterfront, a firepit for family campfires and s'mores, TWO fireplaces (one wood-burning, one gas-fired), a two person Jacuzzi hot tub in an incredibly spacious bathroom, TVs in all bedrooms, DVD players and VCRs, multiple stereos and CD players, Foosball table and mini basketball net in basement, large kitchen, tons of games and books, ice skates, mountain bikes.

NO MOTORCYCLES PLEASE. Very quiet and peaceful area.

SKIING: 15 minutes to Mount Cranmore and King Pine. 30 minutes to Attitash/Bear Peak. 50 minutes to Wildcat Mountain. Snow tubing at King Pine and Cranmore. Ice skating at King Pine and downtown North Conway.

SUMMER ATTRACTIONS: North Conway Scenic Railroad, outlet shopping, Banana Village water slides, arcade, mini golf, Pirate's Cove mini golf, Saco Valley Sports Center bowling, indoor golf and arcade, Storyland, Attitash, Lake Winnipesaukee, Weirs Beach, FunSpot in Meredith, Santa's Village and Six Gun City, North Conway public golf course, Province Lake golf course.

My family and I stayed here a couple of years ago. The house is amazing has everything you can imagine you could ever need. Games, books, fishing supplies, ice skates, bikes everything.

My only problem - and only me - not my family - I didn't like the bull frogs in the water. They used the canoe, paddle boats, and fishing stuff we had a great vacation.

Very close to North Conway.

Great House for Families with little kids!

Great house with LOTS to do. You don't need to bring ANY toys with you! House has lots of games for inside and out, inflatable boat for little kids, pails and shovels, indoor basketball game, cute wooden bench swing by the lake, great beach for little kids (Ours were 1, 3, 4, and 6). Close to several great short hikes with beautiful mountain views, short 1/2 hour drive to Story Land, nice bike ride to Madison Boulder. We enjoyed a nice dinner out in North Conway at Hooligans. The kitchen and living room was great for cooking and entertaining a large group. Second living room downstairs gives lots of extra space. House was nice and sunny and bright and clean.Canoe and Kayaks were great for exploring the pond. Lots of wildlife in the pond, such as loons, herons, turtles, frogs and fish.
