Ocean City is a family resort and is packed with entertainment for all ages. Best beach for swimming in the Mid Atlantic. Surf fishing, boat rentals on the bay and ocean. Big game fishing, 13 Golf courses are within a short drive including the Pete Dye designed 'Rum Pointe.' The barrier island layout provides sailing, water skiing, and all manner of water sports immediately adjacent to the white sand beach.

This is a great place for families young and old. The beach is right outside the building and the pool is even closer! The boardwalk is a short drive or bus ride away. After breakfast on the balcony, spend early mornings fishing from the beach. Then, set up your towel, chaise and umbrella for the day. The kids will have endless adventures between swimming, body surfing, building sand castles with new friends or throwing a frisbee. You will actually see your place on the beach from the condo balcony when you come upstairs to grab your lunch and freshen up.

My family and I took a brief, preseason weekend getaway to Ocean City and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Condo was comfortable, as advertised, nothing missing. Even our 6 year old appreciated the wonderful view as he just propped his little feet up on the window sill while sitting in one of the high chairs (that was the 1st thing he did as soon as we got in the place). We truly liked not having to go out to eat unless we wanted to and the kitchen had everything we needed except the food. Even though the building, as the others around, were in full preparation mode, the place was clean, well kept with excellent staff and water pressure. When you do go out to eat, I highly recommend JR's. They're as advertised too.

Peaceful Stay

My family had a wonderful time at the Atlantis. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had a relaxing home feeling to it. The view was amazing and we loved listening to the waves throughout the day. I also liked waking up to the sun shining day every morning.

The Sapienza's were very helpful and did a great job making our stay wonderful. There were pamphlets with all kinds of local activities. We will come and visit again for sure.

Not really kid freindly

The condo itself is very functional. It met all of our needs. The pool area was not kid freindly. The rules include no Marco Polo.. I have never in my life seen this rule. Our children calle it the "No fun pool". We also had difficulty with parking. We were told we could use a space without a number .. which we could never find.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car
Owner's Response: Brenda - so sorry you couldn't play Marco Polo! Our kids played so many different pool games with no problems, guess we missed that one. Our youngest loved the shallow end... until our older ones taught him to swim in the deep end - what a great memory. As for the parking, none of the spaces have numbers, you can park anywhere!

Memeorial Day Weekend 2010

Great place to stay... Owner is attentive. Answers emails quickly, sends all required information plus great tips for stay... We were looking for a per friendly rental but the owner was so persistant that we opted to leave the dogs home... The view was perfect and the staff of Atlantis had a wonderful welcoming feeling! The condo was clean and fully stocked. Perfect for the beach vacation... We had 7 in our group 4 adults 3 kids and we all slept comfortably. The only down fall is not much for the kids... Pool closes @ 8pm... But we had a great vacation and we do highly recommend this condo...
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The pool starts being opened later in the evening just a tiny bit later in the season - I think you were there during one of the very first weeks the pool was open.
