1st Floor: Spacious open floor plan. Very Provence in feeling and decor. Bright in color with cherry oak wood floors. Sliding glass door onto porch and back yard. Brand new furniture, complete with 2 queen-size sleeper sofas (accommodates 4). Comfortable sitting area with TV and full bath and 1/2. 2nd Floor: Comfortable size, (but very cozy), kitchen, dining room, living room with cathedral ceilings, and full bath. Brand new furniture and kitchen with accessories (washer/dryer). Stocked kitchen and glassware accessories. Sliding glass doors onto very large porch (with grill, picnic table, and lounge chairs) that overlooks fenced in back yard and very private wooded area. 3rd Floor: 2 bedrooms with hallway overlooking living room.
