In an old, secured, Parisian building (2 digicodes). This beautiful and fancy apartment, with 2 rooms of 30 m2, on the third floor (with elevator) has been fully renovated for your comfort while you stay in the heart of Paris (popular neighbourhood north of the 15th district, limit with 7th.)
Ideally located between the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse, to be more exact between Segur and Cambronne metros (two night buses pass through). Aside from other 3 metro lines that can be easily reached by foot (see 'localization' section). Located close to several bus stops (12 lines less than 1 km away), taxi stations and bicycle stations (the 3 closest ones are 250 m away), and self-services cars (the closest one is 50 m away). Montparnasse Train Station is also very close (1.5 km). All this makes the apartment the perfect place!
The neighbourhood is very lively but very safe; you will fall in love with its authentic Parisian atmosphere.
The shops and tourist attractions are close by (monuments, museums), the Seine, Latin Quarter, Champs-Elysees, Luxembourg Garden, St. Germain-des-Pres boulevard, student neighbourhoods and Parc des Expositions. Several restaurants for every taste, breweries, bars, clubs... Also close to Grenelle boulevard, a typical French market that takes place every Wednesday and Sunday morning.
Regarding the apartment, it has every comfort (see 'Equipment' section) for a minimum price that includes every expense, taxes, and everything you use (hot and cold water, individual electric heating, CMV, cable TV with several national and international channels, Wi-Fi, unlimited phone calls to landlines in France and more than 100 destinations).
This cosy apartment (overlooking two peaceful inner courtyards) includes:
-living room with a sofa in Alcantara composite fabric (synthetic fibre), that can quickly be transformed into a comfortable bed of 140x190 ('Rapido' system with mattress of 50kg/m3 density), with dining area and plenty of storage units (including a shoe closet);
-functional kitchen, fully equipped with a window and a powerful CMV with an individual motor (adjustable intensity);
-beautiful shower room with window (fully tiled in Emaux de Briare), suspended toilet with economic flush, washbasin, wardrobe and several mirrors of different sizes;
-bedroom with large windows, large wardrobe (with drawer, hanging rail, and shelves), equipped with a 140x190 bed (220x240 duvet), console table, bedroom chair (padded), two bedside table and a stool.
Parquet floors in solid oak. Every window is double glazed, with tilt/turn units, and the pipes are all Gröhe.

Rental is closed as soon as the 25% down payment is completed.
From then, the final rental contract will be established. The owner will send two copies to the tenant who has to send them back signed. The owner will return one of the two copies to the tenant. You may have the option to do all this as soon as you arrive at the apartment (if your reservation is right away, for example).
The balance should be paid 10 days before your arrival or the day you hand over the keys, only in those cases where you pay with a check from a French bank, or in cash.

In an old Parisian secured building (2 coded doors), this charming and neat flat of 2 rooms of 30 sq. m. on the 3rd floor (with lift) has been completely renovated in order to accommodate you better during your stay in the centre of Paris (well appreciated quarter in the north of the 15th district of Paris, on the border of the 7th).
It is ideally situated between the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse station, i.e. between subway stations SEGUR and CAMBRONNE (where 2 bus lines are active by night). In addition to three other subway lines where one can easily walk (see section 'location'), there are nearby many bus lines passing (12 lines within a distance of 1 km), taxi stations, but also bicycle stations (the 3 closest ones are at 250 m distance) and self-service car stations (the nearest one is at 50 m). And the main station of Montparnasse is not far away. All this means that the flat is extremely well connected!
The quarter which is active but quiet from safety point of view, will seduce you with its authentic Parisian peaceful look.
Close by are all kinds of shops, tourist attractions (monuments, museums), the Seine river, the Latin Quarter (the famous 'Quartier Latin'), the 'Champs Elysées', the Luxembourg garden ('Jardin du Luxembourg'), the 'Boulevard St-Germain des Prés', student quarters and the palace of exhibitions of Paris ('Parc des Expositions'). Many restaurants for all tastes, breweries, bars, clubs ... There is also a typically French market which opens every Wednesday and Sunday morning on the 'boulevard de Grenelle'.

The booking is confirmed when the payment of 25% deposit of the total is done.
From them on, the final contract of lease is established. The owner sent in duplicate to the tenant who must return them signed. 1 of the 2 copies will then be returned to the tenant by the owner. Possibility to make all this at yours arrival in yours holiday rental if this is a problem (for example if the reserved period is too much imminent).
