Come visit our lovely condo on the beautiful Folly River, minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. A marina and new crabbing/fishing dock is directly outside the condo. You can watch the gorgeous sunsets from our private deck or screened porch. If you're lucky, you'll see the dolphins feed from the porch. Boaters can make arrangements for a slip through Mariners Cay Marina located on the property. Guests also have full use of the on-site Olympic-size pool and tennis courts steps away from our unit. There is a queen size bed in the master and twin beds in the guest bedroom. The living room is equipped with a queen size sofa bed. The quaint village of Folly Beach is a few minutes walk with beach activities, churches, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Known as the 'Edge of America,' Folly Beach is a unique blend of laid-back charm and modern amenities. Our beaches are ideal for surfing, swimming, fishing, or just walking and collecting seashells and a great tan. 15mins. to the city of Charleston.

Do it all or do nothing but relax in our home-away-from-home.

We loved the place. It was nice to have the dock out back to sit and watch sunsets. Marie has the place stocked with all the things you need (pot & pans, towels, etc.) to live nicely. We appreciated the extras like sugar, salt & pepper, dishwashing liquid. These are things I don't expect to find. The condo is nicely furnished and was very comfortable. Would like to stay here the next time I visit Charleston.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

Two story condo was perfect for our week get away to the beach. Although not right on the beach the condo has a nice view over looking a marina and is a very short drive to the beach. The facilities were new, well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. One exception, the master bed was a little soft for our taste. Once we flipped the mattress it was better.

Overall a very nice place to stay!
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
