Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Ocean View from MasterBedroom (king bed)-(Sleeps 7)

Come and enjoy this comfortable two bedroom condominium with fabulous views of the ocean from one of the largest balconies on the beach! With unique decor this condo has a very warm and cozy feel, you may not want to leave!

We have two bedrooms, one with new and comfortable king bed (purchase March 2012), second with two full bebs. The bathrooms have both shower and tub combos with beautiful amenities. This condominium includes everything for a great beach vacation.

The main living areas and the bedrooms are tiled so you can see the cleanness of the rooms We also provide a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa for additional people. The magnificent ocean views can be seen easily from the living room and master bedroom with access to the balcony from both rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the house. Granite countertops with spacious cabinets. A comfortable dining room for a large family dinner or entertaining. For your entertaining needs there are three TVs with DVD/VCR player, flat screen in all rooms

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET- BRING YOUR COMPUTERS!!

PLEASE ENJOY 2 FREE BEACH CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA WHICH WILL BE SET UP FOR YOU DAILY ON THE BEACH FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY!!! The Beach Chair season runs March - October. (daily value $30)

Our condo is right in the middle of a 23 story building that includes a large heated pool, jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna steam room, and an exercise room. The sand is the best in all of Florida, soft and pure white! You can see the manatee migrate east along the sandbar, watch them from your balcony or swim along with them.

Sorry no pets and no smoking.

Our family LOVES the ocean. An amazing view and a wide white sandy beach are drawing us back time and time again from our busy life to our vacation home. As our family grew, we found Panama City Beach to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just mesmerized when they took their parasailing ride for the first time. 'Cool, it's like flying as a giant pelican over the people!” We hope you'll enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer. You'll want to keep coming back too!

Just got back from a fantastic week at the beach. Our stay in this condo was everything we could have hoped for. It is beautifully appointed and well taken care of. Ocean Villa is a prime location because we were able to take the back roads easily and did not have to get into all the Front Beach Road traffic (unless we really wanted to do so). It is super close to Walmart and lots of great restaurants. We would most definitely stay in this condo on future visits to PCB and would recommend it to others (as long as they don't want to stay there the same time we do!).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Enjoyed the stay and loved the condo. I agree with another reviewer the pictures are great online, but the actual condo is better. The condo was very clean, loved the tile in the main living areas and really enjoyed the soft carpet in the bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms very important feature and the washer and dryer was convenient so we didn't have to pack so much. Very close and convenient to the places we liked to go such as Pineapple Willys, WonderWorks, Angelos and Cobra go carts. Enjoyed the balcony especially in the morning and at sunset. The owner called the first day and was very helpful. Everyone we encounterd at the condo was very helpful and the beach chairs were great. Wish I could have stayed there forever!!! Cannot wait to go back!!

This is one of the nicest units I have stayed in the PCB area. The pictures do not do the unit justice. The views are unbelievable in the unit. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had plenty of room. The living and the master bedroom have ocean front views. My favorite part of the unit was the balcony. The views are unbelievable from the balcony. My family enjoyed breakfast and supper watching the dolphins. We also loved having free beach chairs so we didn't have to take chairs to the beach. Everything was perfect - from the stocked kitchen to the clean bathrooms. I hope to stay here again!

Really appreciated the ceramic tile floors throughout the main area and bathrooms. Liked having 6 chairs at the dining room table plus barstools at the counter. Wonderful view from master bedroom and main area. The balcony had comfortable chairs, table and chaise lounges.Appreciated the land line and WiFi. Very accomodating owner, would definitely return for another stay. Missing it already!
