Master bed and bath on one wing, 2 guest rooms and bath on opposite wing. Large heated pool (18/36), furnished outdoor deck and pool area with gas BBQ, outdoor shower, wooded 1 + acres surrounding house. 4 season house, great all year long. Fireplace. Walk around the block to serene and scenic bay waters for walking, swimming, running, roller blading (one of the most visited scenic areas in the Hamptons for it's beauty, tranquility, sunsets, and star gazing).
