About The Owner
I love the ocean, salt water and just being in and around the sea. It was always my dream to have a house near the coast. Now, I would like to share my dream with you. I love my house. I adore walks on the beach in the early morning; having a drink at one of the local restaurants on the water and watching the sun go down in the evening.
The light here is special. It gives a pink glow to the land and makes colors more vibrant. This is the reason many artists have chosen to make East Hampton their home.
The bay is amazing. I go clamming most days, often I bring a bottle of wine to watch the sun go down and sit in amazement of natures beauty.
My favorite is a campfire. Yes, at the bay you can have them year round.
I came here an Ocean person and have begun to prefer the bay.
What makes this house unique
The Pool, the quiet, the short walk to the water.
IN THE WINTER, THE FIREPLACE,
THE SMELL OF THE CRISP FRESH, SALTY AIR,
THE CLEAR STAR FILLED NIGHTS.
Guestbook comments from the owner
From my guest book: 2013
We grew up on Long Island but had not been back for 20 some odd years. Thank you so much for making us feel so at home, in your home. We loved our 2 weeks. We were concerned about the beach pass situation but honestly, we almost never left the pool.
The Bay Beach is so much quieter than the ocean. We went to the ocean one day then decided we much preferred your sunny pool and the "lap, lap" beach close by. We walked to the end of your street each evening to watch the sunset over the bay.
We enjoyed renting kayaks one day and Paddle Boards another. Thank you for the recommendation of a place that took us for a magnificent sunset sail.
Your home is the ideal vacation property.
We hope to come back with a more extended family sometime within the next few years.
You made me remember why I loved Long Island when I was growing up.
Thank you so much for being the perfect Host.
Your home is warm and comfy.
Again, thank you.
