Fantastic Plum Island oceanfront location with views, views, and more views. Walk right onto beach from the door. Large wrap-around deck and patio compliment this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. The master bedroom has a full-size bed, from which you can watch the sunrise over the Atlantic (or close the shades and skip it). Sunsets (and sunrises) are viewable while sitting on the large wrap-around deck enjoying your evening meal or cocktail. The living, dining, kitchen areas are open and combined on the 1st floor allowing unforgettable ocean views through a dozen windows and large glass doors opening to the deck. Off the living room on the ocean side is an open, railed deck, with gas grill, table, umbrella and chairs (plenty of deck furniture). Also on the 1st floor is a second full bath with a washer & dryer, and utility cabinets.

The Parker River Nature Reserve is a twenty-minute bike ride. Historic downtown Newburyport is only a ten minute car ride and downtown Boston only 45! The Boston commuter rail service is only a ten minute car ride with $5.00 all day parking. The best surf fishing on Plum Island for bluefish and striper bass is directly out in front of this house! If you prefer deep sea fishing, whale watching or sunset cocktail cruises there, is a five minute walk to the Captain's Fishing Parties at Plum Island Point.

Plenty of parking (diagonal) 4-6 cars! This house accommodates (sleeps) 7 people, and is great for beach parties or just having your friends at the beach for the day! The surf is 100-150 yards from the house at high tide. Fun house!

We truly enjoyed this house the week we stayed in early September. It was nice and roomy. The flat screen TV and wireless Internet were added bonuses seeing as we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful Indian summer weather!

We were very happy with our choice on renting this house. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The kids loved it and there was so much to do. The premium appliances made our stay extra comfortable! We would highly recommend this property!
