3 years young custom built 3 bed/1 bath Cape on picturesque Webb Pond in Eastbrook. This cottage is located on 5 private acres and has direct water access. Conveniently located to nearby major shopping/recreational areas of Ellsworth/Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park. The 40 ft. deck allows for great BBQs and relaxing. Skylights throughout the house allow the sun to shine through and an elevated cat walk in the main living room allow for a birdseye view of the pond. This house is perfect for families with its full kitchen and dining area.

Downeast Maine has a tremendous amount of activites for your ultimate vacation. Webb Pond is known for it's smallmouth bass fishing and abundant Maine loon population. In nearby Ellsworth (15 miles) many factory outlets exist including LL Bean. Bar Harbor is also a short distance away (30 miles) and contains some of the best nature/bike trails in the world.
