The first floor offers large, airy rooms with high ceilings, lots of windows and an open fully equipped kitchen, great for gatherings. Step outside and enjoy the large wrap around porch or take in the beautifully landscaped private yard, which features a dining patio complete with charcoal grill, gardens and hot tub. Off street parking for 3 vehicles is available. This is a unique property in high demand, we suggest booking early.
