Photos and Description of the Muskegon vacation cottage rental 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sleeps nine

Located on all-sports Twin Lake with a large sandy bottom beach - great for swimming. Just off shore is a small island that children love to explore. Close to Michigan's Adventure theme park, the Manistee national forest, and Lake Michigan beaches and resort towns. The cottage was recently renovated and is essentially new construction, and very nicely furnished. The cottage features a very large common room, master bedroom with private balcony and lovely sunrise views. The fully enclosed front porch leads to the deck with a hot tub overlooking the lake.

Muskegon has a very busy summer schedule of festivals, show and outdoor activities including the all new high-speed ferry service to Milwaukee, WI.

Lake Michigan Coast: A 20 minute drive will bring you to Muskegon or Whitehall area with many fine, free public beaches to chose from. In between the cities are the Muskegon and Duck Lakes State Parks with wonderful beach access (children love the stream from Duck Lake to Lake Michigan)

Shopping and Dining: Up and down the coast line are resort towns such as Pentwater, Silverbeach, Whitehall, Grand Haven, and Saugetuck. All have interesting shopping, fine restaurants, and breakwalls/lighthouses.

Entertainment: Lake Michigan's Adventure, the largest amusement and water park in the state, now owned by Cedar Point, is ten minutes away. The park features a huge wooden roller coaster and water rides. Great fun for a day. Silver Beach has many square miles of Lake Michigan sand dunes that you can tour from your own 4x4, rent a jeep, or take a tour ride.
