Location: Lavonia, GA Just 2 min from I85 & exit 177 (home of Dads restaurant--great for breakfast).

Accommodations: 2500 sq ft, very easy access to I 85, Marina & boat ramps.

Considered one of the more exclusive areas of Lake Hartwell. This home is located on a quiet cove perfect for those little ones learning to ski and or for the avid fisherman. You may want to simply relax on our many floats or swing with a book. Some life jackets provided. As always you must watch children around water at all times.

There are two boat launches nearby for your boat or rent one from Harbor Light Marina just around the corner. Fishermen come to our dock to fish. Very little boat traffic in our cove, so you don’t have to worry about little ones swimming.

This lovely home has vaulted cathedral ceilings. 2 Large Great rooms for family fun and many games & great whirlpool spa. Great Lake Views from 4 of the 5 bedrooms, both great rooms, spa, deck and dock. There is a full large kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, utensils & spices. Linens, towels, TV, & DVD all included. New Washer & Dryer, BRAND NEW air conditioning & heat as of March 2008. The lower level family room has pool table/air hockey, bean bag toss, foosball, poker table with cards & chips, TV, books & magazines and three couches. The upstairs has a stacked stone fireplace in a 28 X 24 ft party room with games.

Grill out with our gas grill. After dinner, jump in your boat for a lovely evening ride to enjoy the sunset or hop in our lovely whirlpool. It's a gorgeous tub with bubbles, lights, regulated water temperature and power jets. Lake has great flat water for skiing. Get up early and ski on water as smooth as glass. The trees have been trimmed up for a nice view of the lake.

Small pets are always welcome with prior approval. No smoking please.

Our area is not crowded so get ready for a most memorable time.

~Just a 4 min boat ride to Tugaloo State Park, which offers scenic picnic areas, nature trails, tennis, volleyball, well equipped playground for kids, public swim beach with bath house and concession stand, miniature golf, canoe rentals, plus frequent nature and mountain music programs. Several miles of road inside the park are great for bicycling. GumLog Barbecue is nearby. Shoal Creek Music Park and Shoal Creek Golf Center are only short drive

~Toccoa Falls: This awe-inspiring waterfall, 19 feet higher than Niagara, is located on the campus of Toccoa Falls College. A winding stream flows through the lower portion of the 1100-acre, wooded campus from the base of the 186 foot high falls. It is a popular campus retreat and tourist attraction. Open from 9 a.m. to sundown year round.
