Newly built, spacious 1500 sqft, can be adjusted for your needs from 1 to 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, includes a fully-equipped kitchen, living/dining area, master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bath. The balcony has ocean views of Puerto del Rey Marina and the islands of Culebra and Vieques. Two queen beds, one full bed with one twin bunk plus sleeper sofa in living area accommodate up to 7 people. All bed mattresses are Sealy. All linens & towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishes & utensils, pots, baking pans, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, microwave. LAUNDRY room with washer, dryer and utility sink. Ironing board and iron provided. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. For telephone service, bring your cellphone. Rental car is a must to see all the great things to do on the main island or nearby isles. The condo is very clean, well kept and is in an excellent location. ALL Pictures are exaclty what the condo looks like. No smoking, no pets, no Internet connection.

This condo is gorgeous and provides easy access to many of the things my family wanted to see -- El Yunque rainforest, beach, ferry to Culebra, as well as a day trip to San Juan. We also enjoyed just relaxing by the pool for an afternoon. Very secure, clean and quiet complex that's also close to a grocery and drug store. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Love at first sight!

This vacation rental was wonderful! The rental was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, quiet and has a great location with great views off the back deck. The grounds within the complex were well taken care of and the pools and facilities were all very clean and nice. Nice gated community. We actually met some people who live in PR that were staying at this complex as a vacation spot. Everyone that we met in PR was very friendly and helpful. I could imagine living there for much longer than an a week! Jose and Jeannie provided great customer service! With detailed things to do and timely calls back and email correspondance for this "worry-wart" of a traveler.
I had tons of questions and concerns. They never were annoyed or anything but helpful(thank you, by the way!).
Our favorite things on this trip were the Bioluminescent Bay & Sand and Sun Snorkeling tours with East Winds that leaves out of the Marina Puerto Del Rey that is 2 minutes from the condo. The Rainforest for sure. Old San Jaun and the secret beach at Seven Seas beach in Fajardo.
Stores and restuarants are very nearby to this location.
This was our best family vacation to date. Cant wait to come back and we will definately be staying at the same place!

Jose place is a nice place. I been their 3 times. It is in a quiet area. New stores are being open. On the bottom of the hill there is a supermarket and a drugstore.

The Condo was even nicer than the photos on line. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed cafe' con leche each morning on the balcony with ocean views. The complex was secure and easy to get to.
Located right by the marina.

Quick drive to awesome beaches like Luquillo and Seven Seas. Also close to catamaran excursions and the ferry to Vieques and Culebra. Also near the must see El Yunque rain forest.

Everything was laid out as the owner said, including the rental process. Nice and easy. I've already recommended this property to friends.

Excellent accommodations and location for exploring PR. Clean, well-kept and as pictured. Convenient yet away from the crowds. We could quickly get everywhere. Owner provides an excellent "guidebook" so I won't repeat. Use Rtes 26 to 66 to 3 from airport & San Juan. Run/walk road accross from complex and first left to ocean for exercise. Rosas Seafood in Fajardo is great as is Amadeus in Old San Juan. Best retaurant in PR: Pasion por el Fogon in Fajardo. Mofongo like nowhere else and must have Catalan Cream for dessert. You will return.
