  Cancellations:
  If you need to cancel your vacation you can do it at least 60 days prior to your original reserve date with a $100 cancellation fee, if your written cancellation is received within 59 days or less, a $100 cancellation fee per week reserved will be assessed provided that the whole reserved period is re-booked, otherwise the full reservation amount will be forfeited.
