You will feel instantly at home in our all new beach house. It sits on a lovely 1 acre corner lot, waterfront on Indian Neck beach in Wellfleet Harbor. The backyard features beach access, fabulous swimming, boating and amazing sunsets. Inside has an open airy design with huge master bedroom with private deck, second bedroom sleeps 2 and additional space that can accommodate guests. Comforts include 1+1/2 baths, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, high speed cable & Internet, VCR, DVD, stereo, outside shower. Wellfleet is full of wonderful art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Cape Cod National Seashore, bikeways, Great Island and the Audubon Society offer the best in natural outdoor activity.

The views are great, access to the beach is unparalleled, the layout is open and welcoming, it is squeaky clean, the landlord is awesome, and it's in a--no THE--prime location on the Cape. You can't go wrong here.

We love the Beach House in Winter!!!

We couldn't believe how lucky we were to have stayed here this past weekend. The house was a warm and cozy perch to sit in front of a cute fireplace and watch the waves. It's exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious and very tastefully decorated. Laurie, the owner, makes it easy to be here. It was easy to find and get into the house and we really appreciated the option of cleaning and getting a deposit back. We loved the quiet, the beautiful walks and the peace was completely restorative. Can't wait to come back!!!

Inside the home was new, clean, large beautiful. The open layout is very nice for social gatherings. Oceanviews from each room were spectacular. All amenities inside the house matched description.

The yard area was small also infested with ticks which is normal ( I guess in summer) but if you have pets or small childern be warned, bug spray & frontline required. Area in front of the home had heavy long sea grass and vegetation ( lending to the abundance of ticks). The pictures on site do not dipict this. No gas grill, there is a charcoal grill which was a bit of a issue when trying to feed a hungry crowd fast and not used to grilling on charcoal... beach is a clamming bed so many sharp shells at low tide, both my freinds son and my dog cut thier feet / paws ( dog required a vet visit.) Only 1 working TV in the house which was of poor quality blurry picture. Small TV in master bedroom did not work. All in all enjoyed the home but was disappointed by some aspects for price paid -
Owner's Response: Summer of 2006 was a terrible year for tics but we have taken all of the safe and legal precautions we can to limit them and have had far fewer in the last couple of years. The seagrass is protected by the conservation commission and much of the yard has been landscaped with very nice perenial gardens.

We added a new gas barbeque and internet service last year and a new TV will be here for the summer of 2008.
