This home is part of a new, luxury development in the Silver Lake Village area of Upper Deer Valley. The Lookout Development has over 44 acres of natural wooded beauty with only 35 homes.This home and surrounding property features panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the incredible convenience and access provided by its Silver Lake location.

The home features direct trail access for snow shoeing and back country skiing. For Deer Valley skiing, the development provides a concierge service and private transportation to Silver Lake or the kid's ski school at Snow Park. The trip to Silver lake takes a total of 90 seconds. At the end of the ski day, use the concierge service to return home, or enjoy a short walk back to the property.

This beautiful new home has 5 spacious bedrooms, sleeps 12, and has a layout designed to accommodate 2 or more families easily.
