Pompano Beach Vacation Rental condo

Hello, we spent two weeks in that condo and everything was perfect. Very clean, close to the beach. The manager was very helpfull. Very quiet, i will returned to that place again. The gallupy's restaurant at the golf course is highly recommended.

My husband and I rented one of condo's in the Floranada for a short holiday over the 4th of July. The rental process was very easy, from talking to the owner to dealing with the condo manager.
We were pleasantly surprised that the condo property looked exactly as is does on the web site.
The condo manager Alain was very apologetic because it was tree trimming day,(when we arrived) but it did not bother us a bit because the grounds are absolutely beautiful! The pool looked wonderful & and the location was ideal. (close to shopping & the beach)
The condo was nice and very clean. The bathroom is a little outdated but the shower worked well & so did the toilet. The best was the wonderful King bed. It was so comfortable that my husband even slept in. (which is something he rarely does). The kitchen was okay, all appliances worked very well. Basically only used it for breakfast as we were on the go most days. It was wonderful having a phone in the condo that we could use for local calls and were able to recieve calls from Canada.
On the 4th of July we had my brother & wife over for a BBQ. It was great having the BBQ's there for our use. We were able to swim in the beautifully warm pool and enjoy the wonderful ambiance of the property all day long. In the evening we walked over to the beach & were able to view the beautiful fireworks in every direction.
This was just a short vacation for us, but we were so comfortable that it actually felt like we had been away for a week and were able to go home totally relaxed.
We were so happy with our stay that we have been raving about it since we got home, so we would definitely recommend this condo to everyone!
If we are ever in need of accommodations in Pompano we will absolutely hope we can get a condo at the Floranada.

Vielleicht fange ich mit dem einzigen Wermutstropfen an, der mir einfaellt: Meine Frau und ich haben (leider) nur eine Woche in einer der Wohnungen im Condominium-Komplex verbracht.
Es haette nicht besser sein koennen.
Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und sehr sauber (bei unserem vorhergehenden Besuch in Florida im Hotel ueberall Kaefer - hier keine Spur davon). Der Site-Manager (Hi and thanks, Alain) war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und familiaer (was um Gottes willen nicht aufdringlich heissen soll!!).
Der Strand, ich glaube das kommt in der Beschreibung nicht ganz so deutlich raus, ist gefuehlte 100m entfernt (einmal ueber die Strasse und schon ist man da), breit, lang und sauber. Kitesurfer ueberigens werden ihre helle Freude haben, wir haben jeden Tag ca. 10-15 direkt an unserem Strandabschnitt gehabt (stoerte aber nicht nur nicht, sondern war ein netter Anblick).
Wer keinen Sand in den Schuhen mag, dem kann man nur den sauberen und schicken, wenn auch nicht sehr grossen Pool mit Liegen und Grillgelegenheiten empfehlen. Sonne ist ja sowieso da.
Anonsten sind an Freizeitaktivitaeten glaube ich alles in der Naehe vorhanden, was man sich von einem Florida-Urlaub wuenschen kann. Sowohl was Wassersport angeht (von Angeln bis Wellenreiten) bis Einkaufen, Kino, Essen gehen etc. - alles in einer vernuenftigen Autofahrentfernung erreichbar.
Eine Sache vielleicht noch, ueber die man sich im Klaren sein muss. Das Publikum ist, wie beinahe ueberall in Florida, schon etwas aelter, also wer hinfaehrt um Party zu machen, sollte sich das schon gruendlich ueberlegen. Fuer Erholungssuchende ist es aber die perfekte Einrichtung, die ich ohne zu zoegern weiterempfehlen kann.
