This is a year-round 4-bedroom home on the ocean side of route 6 about half a mile from Wellfleet Center. Situated on a private open level lot within walking distance of Long Pond and Dyer Pond, and a short drive or bike ride to many ocean and bayside beaches. The home is comfortable, nicely maintained and newly furnished, including new high quality beds and mattresses. The kitchen and dining areas are fully applianced and equipped, with lots of counter and cabinet space, and there is a fully equipped laundry room. Sliders to private deck with Weber gas grill, and backyard with patio table, chairs and umbrella. 1.5 baths with an additional private, outdoor shower. Comfortable living room with large picture window, TV with VCR and DVD player, and plenty of books, games, puzzles and movies.

Play Tennis, basketball and in-line skate at waterfront facility located near Wellfleet Harbor. Drive golf balls or play miniature golf. Dine out. Visit art galleries, summer theatre. Visit Provincetown and dine, shop or go on a whale watch.
