This adorable, quiet, pet-friendly cottage with a view of Cape Cod Bay is five minutes from ocean and bay beaches, and twelve minutes from Provincetown. Perfect for a single or a couple, the cottage has a wrap-around deck opening onto a private yard sheltered by locust and pine trees. The full kitchen includes ample counter space and cabinets. Sunlight streams through the skylight, sliding door and screened windows. A separate bedroom has a double bed, dressers and shelves. There is also a fold-out couch in the living space for guests.

A great getaway for 2!

The cottage was small and simple, but neat. A great place for one or two people, the setting was perfect, with a feeling of plenty of privacy. We had a truly magical stay! In addition to the deck that was just right for morning coffee or evening wine, this was a great place to use as home base for kayaking, biking, hiking, or beach-going, not to mention close to all of the fun of Provincetown. We'll be back as often as we can!

Property as advertized. It's hard to find pet-friendly properties on the Lower Cape and this is as good as it gets if you have a pet. Very quiet during the week in September. Provincetown easy to reach. Good restaurants nearby. Cottage is very small, but the kitchen is adaquate for cooking all meals. It would be crowded with more than two. Lots of open land around the cottage.
