Photos and Description of the Brewster vacation house rental

Luxurious and cozy 3000 +- sq ft. The first floor offers the master bedroom (pictured) very spacious with a TV, couch, king bed and writing desk. The adjoining bath has a whirlpool tub a walk-in shower and his and hers mahogany vanities. The master bedroom enters off the dining room with seating for eight on an elegant mahogany floor. The formal living room adjoins the dining room. A perfect atmosphere for before and after dinner cocktails. French doors separate this side of the house leading into the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a full bath and guest bedroom with a full-size bed. Beyond the kitchen is a small hall to the laundry and then to the TV room sporting a 3' television with DVD player, sectional couch and dining table for four. The second floor contains three spacious guest rooms and a full bath. The first bedroom contains two pair of bunk beds, the second a queen, and the third a full bed.

Location: Cape Cod < Massachusetts < USA

Our home is central to both Brewster and Orleans with Brewster's favorite captains course and a national course within a mile or so it is a golfer's dream. For the beach bums Nauset Beach is only four and a half miles. Pleasant bay beaches are within a mile and Cape Cod Bay beaches about ten minutes away. Don't waste time grocery shopping with Stop and Shop only three miles away. Although it 'never' rains on Cape Cod, if by chance the sun is too much for you, spend the day shopping with the center of Orleans just three and one-half miles away. Stay for lunch or meet up with the rest of the group for dinner there are plenty of great restaurants through the area!

The cellar is a newly renovated playroom with TV, VCR and full bath walk out to the backyard great for sports etc. The spacious deck contains two tables with umbrellas, outside shower, gas grill and gas steamer pot. With seating for 12 the deck offers a fabulous informal barbeque setting, perfect for a family clambake. ENJOY!

My husband's family joined together for a week long family reunion. What a wonderful place to host it. There was room for everyone without being too congested. We were handy to beaches, shopping, and fishing. We took turns with a different family cooking dinner each night in the well stocked, user friendly kitchen. The back yard was like a baseball field with many friendly family games being played after the beach. I am hoping the same people will gather there this year. We had a perfect vacation.
