- The house has 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. There is a 1/2 bath on the first floor. The master has a private walk-in shower. The other bedrooms share a bath with a double sink and a conventional tub/shower. We also have an outdoor shower.

- Two sets of ferry tickets available at cost of $150 per round trip (auto). All bedrooms are on the second floor. There is also a loft which is up and additional 1/2 flight of stairs. The home comfortably holds 8-10 people. All bed are made prior to your arrival at no additional charge. Towels are also provided. There is a also crib in a corner of the master bedroom. The is a large air conditioner for the first floor and for the master bedroom. Each bedroom also has a fan.

Bedrooms: Beds are arranged as follows: #1 - one queen, (+ crib) #2 - one full, #3 - two twins, #4 - two twins, #5 - 1 twin (loft)
Backyard / Bikes: The beautiful large backyard is ideal for barbecues and has both gas and charcoal grills. There is also an outdoor shower. The county bike path can be entered 3/10 mile from the property.
Ferry TIckets / Reservations: Two sets of ferry reservations are available from Jun 21- Sept 06. Tickets are for the 1:15 PM leaving Woods Hole and for the 10:45 AM leaving Martha's Vineyard.
Golf: The Farm Neck Golf Course is less than 1/2 mile away and available for your play.
Guest Book: We have a long history of providing a superb vacation property. References may be obtained through 'Linda Bassett Realty' of Edgartown. Rates quoted are for bookings directly from the owner.
