Charming, clean, peaceful summer home nestled in the sand dunes and steps away from your own private beach on the Delaware Bay. Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, bike and boat rentals, golf, etc. Local area attractions include Cape May Lewes Ferry (5 minutes), Victorian Cape May (10 minutes), Wildwood Beach and Boardwalk (15 minutes), and Atlantic City (30 minutes). This 2600 sq ft home has a master suite on first floor with private bath, spiral staircase leading to upstairs with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. First floor includes living room, family room, kitchen with counter seating and dining area. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer/ dryer, cable, modern appliances, outdoor decking, grill and seating area.
